Inspections
If you are buying a home, your bank or lender will probably ask you for a Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Report (WDIIR). This report is also known as a Wood Destroying Organism Report or WDO Report.
A WDIIR is a document informing lenders and buyers of termite presence or damage in a structure, and the report must be completed by a licensed inspector. Our team of experts at Conquistador Pest and Termite can perform inspections and provide reports for Tucson home buyers, sellers, and realtors.
Environmentally Responsible Pest Control
At Conquistador Pest and Termite, we understand the importance of protecting your family, pets, and the environment from harmful chemicals. That is why we proudly use environmentally responsible insecticides that are EPA-approved.
We use insecticides that specifically detect and attack enzymes inside insects, meaning they don’t target enzymes in other organisms, such as mammals. This formula is also very effective, eliminating a wide variety of pests, including ants, bees, fleas, and more.
Our knowledgeable team will also help you prevent pests from gaining access to your property in the first place, from identifying entry points to recommending things you can do to prevent your property from attracting pests.
At Conquistador Pest and Termite, our goal is to offer the safest, most effective way to eliminate pests. Whether it is your home or workspace, we are passionate about solving your pest problems in the safest and most environmentally responsible way possible. We’ll assess your environment and concerns, and develop a pest control plan that meets your needs.
