In most cases, a serious termite infestation will require the use of some chemicals, in order to minimize the risk of severe timber damage to a building. However, there are modern products and technologies available to suit environmentally sensitive situations.

Warranty

All of our termite protection is warranted for one year and can be renewed. If you have a current contract and there are no termites, we can issue a warranty through Conquistador.

• A thorough initial inspection
• A plan of action specific to your home or property
• A review to explain exactly what will happen
• Execution of the job to plan depending on what type of foundation or flooring you have
• A follow up inspection in 60 days
